What does our warranty cover?
It warrants that the products are free of defects in materials or workmanship and mechanical or electrical fault. They shall conform to specifications at the time of shipment, for a certain period from the original date of purchase.
During the warranty period, any faulty products will be repaired, replaced or refunded at Trippy Trades, on a return-to-base basis. This warranty covers defects, that Trippy Trades determines are no fault of the user, within 30 days.
If your purchase is faulty, please contact our customer service team to obtain approval for a return. Items must be packed carefully and properly to avoid physical damage in transit. The warranty will not be honoured if the product is not properly and carefully packed and arrived with physical damage due to transport/transit. Once carefully packed, send the product to Trippy Trades with postage charges paid.
Change of mind policy
Trippy Trades does not accept the return of items based on change of mind, so we advise you to pick your item(s) carefully.
Steps to take in order to lodge a warranty/return claim
• As a first step, we recommend contacting our technical support team. Please do so by using the Contact Us section on our website or by calling us.
• If it is established that there is a fault with the item, we will arrange with you for the faulty goods to be returned back to Trippy Trades. When returning the item, either by shipping or in person, it is important to give us a detailed description of the fault. This will assist our support staff in finding and troubleshooting any suspected faults during the testing phase.
• If you are shipping the items back to us, please ensure that all accessories that came with the product are included in your return. Please pack all hardware properly to avoid any physical damage to the product.
