When you save the game progress in many old retro video game carts, they use an internal battery to keep the save data on a chip. This chip will erase itself if the battery goes flat and dies. We replace this battery and restore the save game functionality of your favorite games. When replaced, you’ll be left with a cartridge that can save just as it did when it was brand new, with the new battery lasting up to 20 years.

Select the quantity of cartridges that need an old battery replaced and purchase accordingly. We recommend ordering a few games to be restored at a time to save costs on our service and to save money on shipping.
